CoverScout 1.0
![]()

There is a lot of software out to find covers for your music in iTunes, but most of them are automated, incorrect or just doesn’t do the job very well. CoverScout on the other hand is very easy and intuitive to use. It gives you a list of all your albums with the status icon (complete, incomplete, none). Choose an album, hit one of the search buttons (Amazon, Google, etc.) to search for covers, right click on the image you want to use to send it to iTunes and wolla! Done.
CoverScout works with 10.3.9 or later, is shareware and cost $8.

I know Thomas, I love it!
Now I have to go over the 700 albums. Shouldn’t take too long with this baby though!

Thank God I only had 83 albums without covers
But yeah it doesn’t take long, I guess It took me about an hour to fill all the gaps. And now I can enjoy all the covers on my iPod too

Will it remove all the old versions in iTunes? It bugs me that all these programs don’t help you remove old artwork from iTunes.
Do you guys know of a simple and effective way of doing this aside from using the info feature in iTunes? Thanks
Also, Amazon and Google usually don’t have artwork at a high enough resolution for coverflow.
